Founded in 1975 by Robert, Norma and John Wicker, B & J Specialty, Inc. has been providing Mold, Die and Build to Print Tooling services that meet or exceed customers expectations. We are continually investing in new technology, improved quality systems, such as our ISO 9001:2000 registration and employee training to assure our customers that we can efficiently and effectively handle their complex needs at competitive prices. In 1998 we completed a 12,000 square foot addition and employment has steadily increased. President/CEO John Wicker has provided an atmosphere for the employees of B & J that reflects his attitude toward our customers. This includes items such as a fully air-conditioned facility, state of the art computer systems and software, as well as technologically advanced high speed CNC machinery with multi-position tool changers. This gives our employees the abilities and tools required to satisfy the many diversified needs of our customers.
